Utility Gate Package

Our utility gate package includes a basic prefab tubing style ranch gate from McCoy's, Tractor Supply, or similar retail supplier, and an automatic gate operator. This package also includes adjustable J bolt hinges and new gate posts. Installation is included in the prices listed. Our posts are 4" steel square tubing set in concrete, capped, and painted black. Any of our stock metal silhouettes can be added for $150.00. We can also create custom lettering centerpieces as shown.

Gate Features:

• Galvanized (silver) or powder coated finish in red, green, or gun metal grey.

• Available in 10', 12', or 14' in length.

• 4' frame height.

• New 4" steel square tube gate posts set in concrete, capped, and painted black.

• Adjustable J bolt hinges.

• Optional stock artwork centerpiece or custom centerpiece as shown. Add $150.00.

Gate Operator Features:

• GTO PRO SW2000XL solar or electric gate operator. 110 Volt electric service must be available at the gate area for electric option. With the solar option, no electricity is needed at the gate area.

• Suitable for gates up to 12' in length.

• Two year manufacturer's warranty. And, our own two year parts and labor warranty.

• Soft start/soft stop.

• Auto close timer.

• Our operators include 12 volt deep cycle batteries, 10 watt solar panel (for solar option) or battery charger (for 110 Volt electric option), radio receiver, and two push button remote transmitters.

• GTO PRO SW4000XL solar or electric gate operator. 110 Volt electric service must be available at the gate area for electric option. With the solar option, no electricity is needed at the gate area.

• Suitable for gates up to 14' in length.

All of our gate operators come with two remote control transmitters to open and close the gate. For visitors (those without a remote control), the following accessories can be used.

One GTO wireless code entry keypad installed on gate operator control box or gate post, rock column, etc. Price- $125.00 installed.

Keypad Features-

• Battery powered via 3 AA batteries.

• Wireless operation. No trenching or wiring necessary to install.

• Keypad lights up when any key is pressed for ease of use at night.

• Up to 25 individual four digit codes can be programmed.

• 1 Re-programmable temporary code can be set to automatically expire from one to seven days.

  Two GTO wireless code entry keypads and pedestals for visitor access from a vehicle. One for entry and one for exit. Price- $450.00 installed.

  One GTO wireless code entry keypad for entry, and one wireless GTO exit wand. Visitors use a code issued by the homeowner to enter. When leaving, visitors simply drive towards the gate to exit. When exiting vehicles pass the underground wand, the gate automatically opens. Price- $750.00 installed.

  One wireless code entry keypad for entry, and one hardwired exit wand. Visitors use a code issued by the homeowner to enter. When leaving, visitors simply drive towards the gate to exit. When exiting vehicles pass the underground wand, the gate automatically opens. Installation of hardwired accessories includes trenching, wiring, and PVC electrical conduit. Price- $950.00 installed.
